Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Buzzrank (the “Service”), an AI copilot that helps TikTok creators understand their content and build a personalised strategy. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Buzzrank analyses publicly available TikTok data associated with a TikTok username that you provide, and uses artificial intelligence to generate diagnostics, content ideas, calendars, scripts and related recommendations. Buzzrank is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

Buzzrank never posts, publishes, comments, or takes any action on your TikTok account. We have no write access to your TikTok account and only read publicly available information.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google (OAuth). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans & Payments

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium). Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage quotas (e.g. number of diagnostics, scripts or messages per month) apply per plan and may change over time. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • analyse TikTok accounts that you do not own or have no legitimate interest in, in violation of applicable law;
  • use the Service to harass, impersonate, or infringe the rights of others;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or circumvent the security or rate limits of the Service;
  • resell or redistribute the Service or its AI outputs as your own product without authorisation;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. AI-Generated Content

Diagnostics, scores, ideas, scripts and other outputs are generated by AI models and are provided for guidance only. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they do not guarantee any particular result (views, engagement, revenue or growth). You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish and for ensuring it complies with TikTok’s rules and applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

Buzzrank and its software, design and branding are owned by Buzzrank and protected by intellectual-property law. Subject to these Terms, you may use the AI outputs generated for your account for your own creative activity. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (such as your creator profile details).

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to function (for example, hosting, database and authentication, AI analysis, audio transcription and TikTok public-data retrieval). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for the list of processors.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzrank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
